KHC holds Health and Safety as a core business value. We are committed to creating a working environment free from accidents and injuries.
We are continually striving to improve upon our already high standards of health and safety.
Risk assessments and method statements are provided for each individual project.
In addition to our own Health and Safety measures, we engage the services of independent H&S Consultants who, on a regular basis complete detailed reports and offer advice on their findings.
All our operatives are fully trained and hold CSR cards. Currently 80% of our workforce have NVQ qualifications. In addition, many of our supervisors and operatives are further trained in more specialised areas including Site Management Courses and NEBOSH General Certificate in Construction Safety.
