Location: St. Anne's Square Belfast
A multi-storey development comprising of 35,000 sq ft of office space, a 169 bedroom hotel, 103 apartments and a 500 space multi-level car park.
The 5 lift shafts and stairwells in the car park and Blocks 2 and 3 were all constructed simultaneously using Peri CBC climbing formwork. These cores gave stability to the structural steel buildings.
